• Mikaela Mayer made her debut in August 2017 after signing with Top Rank and defeated Widnelly Figueroa by knockout in one round on 5th August 2017.
• Then she won against Allison Martinez via TKO on 22nd September 2017. On 9th December of the following year, she fight and won against Nydia Feliciano. 
• Her next win was against Maria Semertzoglou on 10th March 2018 and on 12th May 2018, she defeated Baby Nansen.
